To complete work, you agree to provide timely platform access, assets, and approvals. You are responsible for ensuring rights to shared files, reviewing content before launch, and complying with third-party platform rules (Google, Meta, Shopify, LinkedIn, etc.). Delays in feedback or accesses will directly shift project timelines.
Pricing matrices are explicitly shared via proposals or statements of work. Advance milestone payments are required before technical work initializes. Adlynxes is not responsible for external ad spend, hosting node fees, domain renewals, premium themes, fonts, plugins, or software subscriptions unless clearly wrapped in your custom proposal.
Ad spend is billed directly by platforms. While we build and manage execution campaigns across Meta, Google, or TikTok, we do not control platform approval queues, account restrictions, algorithm updates, or policy enforcement metrics.
Specific revision limits reside in your written project scope. A revision means adjustment to the agreed direction. Brand new concept overhauls, extra structural features, or additional pages outside the blueprint will require extra service billing.
We do not guarantee specific sales, leads, rankings, traffic, conversion percentages, or fundings. Realized performance relies on external markets, audience demand, pricing variables, and algorithm updates outside human node adjustments.
AI-Assisted Processing: Adlynxes may employ specialized AI-assisted nodes to maximize research efficiency, automation frameworks, and code ideation. Human review, strategic quality mapping, and core execution control remain hardwired into our pipelines. Clients retain the final duty to review work before live production usage.
Intellectual Ownership: Adlynxes retains absolute ownership over its underlying methods, internal strategy frameworks, code modules, design systems, and reusable template architectures. Upon complete financial clearance, usage rights or specific ownership of final custom-built project materials transfer to your entity.
Portfolio Rights & Confidentiality: Unless a strict confidentiality protocol is explicitly demanded in writing, Adlynxes holds the right to display completed screenshots, campaign summaries, or asset structures within our portfolios, case studies, or social feeds. We protect highly sensitive assets (credentials, internal finances) with absolute integrity.
Adlynxes will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (loss of profits, business interruptions, ad account suspensions, or third-party server failures). Total claim liability will not exceed the exact financial amount cleared to Adlynxes for that specific localized service task.
Payments for executed strategy slots, consulting, design blueprints, deployment hours, or reserved engineering slots are non-refundable. If an active project is terminated early, Adlynxes will bill transparently for completed hours, specific milestones hit, and accrued platform costs.
These general terms and conditions are interpreted under and governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes must first seek resolution via good-faith collaborative discussions. Continued platform access establishes binding agreement to updates.
